We are part of the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP), which means that all clients funds held by us are protected from fraud and misappropriation. We are registered with “My Deposits” (The Deposit Protection Scheme), to safely and securely protect the tenant’s security deposit. We are also part of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) which provides consumers with free and fair redress, in the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute with our agency.
